Designer Steven Gambrel took this former department store turned apartment building and transformed it into a dream home for one Manhattan couple. He combined two loft apartments and created one simply phenomenal space. The living/dining room is my favorite room of the home. There are so many patterns that go perfectly together, the colors are warm and inviting, the etched wood built-ins are eclectic and unique, and the large circular hanging lamps are fabulous. The use of different patterns and textures is prevalent throughout the home and it is done perfectly. This space is one of a kind, elegant, warm, and chic.
